Our Pricing Policy
Proper provision of Healthcare involves regulation, registration, continued professional development, extensive qualifications, a highly qualified and trained staff team, specific software provision to ensure safe handling of your data, medical emergency equipment in our role as your first responder, the highest of standards in cross infection with our on-site Decontamination Unit, state of the art instruments and highest quality of materials, Not forgetting our member associations to keep us up to date with the latest developments (not only in the UK but Worldwide in our professional role) to bring you the highest level of care and service.
CANCELLATION POLICY/LATENESS POLICY
Appointments require a £50 per person per appointment non refundable booking fee, this is £100 for longer appointments such as Ukiyo, medical micro-needling, or combination appointments, this will be taken off your bill when you attend the appointment and will be forfeited if you do not attend or cancel within 48 hours of the appointment. Appointments cancelled out with the 48 hour policy only if rebooked within 3 months of original appointment then the fee can move forward to secure your next booking. We do have a lateness policy that if you are more than 10 minutes late for your appointment we will be unable to see you and the appointment will be forfeited. Monthly Members guarantee their appointment with the direct debit payments and can choose to pay the £50 fee if they should fail to attend , cancel within 48 hours or are more than 10 minutes late, rather than forfeit the full cost of the appointment and allowing immediate rebooking. Voucher holders can also opt to pay £50, or for longer appointments £100, to keep their voucher live for further bookings rather than forfeit the full voucher on failure to attend. lateness, or cancellation within 48 hours.
Please note there is no exception to this policy, in order for our small business to survive we have to enforce this regardless of reason and regardless of how much we sympathise with your reason, the staff and I fully understand there are times when out with your control you will have to cancel short notice or may forget to attend and we always feel terrible when enforcing it, our text reminder notifications are set to remind you 7 days and then 48 hours prior to your appointment. In order to keep our fees as low as possible for our services we have had to implement a hard line on this policy, we do value and are very grateful for you choosing Ohh! and we appreciate your understanding.
Non-Refundable booking fees
Please note all practice appointments require a non-refundable booking fee/holding fee of £50 (£100 for longer appointments).
Appointments can be rescheduled with up to 48 hours prior notice without forfeiture of fee if rebooked within 3 months of original appointment Any cancellation within 48 hours of the appointment or failure to attend/Lateness more than 10 minutes will result in forfeiture of fee.

*Priority booking.
*No deposit required to book Saintly Smiles appointments as membership secures.
*All members will be automatically entered into our monthly member prize giveaway, which includes all Ohh! treatments & products.
*Under 18’s Direct Debit plan for three monthly plan is a reduced rate of under 18 plan & includes Fluoride Treatments at no added cost.
Please note if Direct Debit is stopped then membership and entitlement of above will cease immediately & return to pay as you go option. If you fail to attend a booked appointment or cancel within 48 hours prior to the appointment the appointment will be forfeited as a result.
