The Salicylic Acid cleansing wash (troubled/acne prone)

£32.00

A go to for acne and regular breakouts.

Cleanse Clarify and Refresh skin with the purifying exfoliating and soothing benefits of Salicylic Acid, Glycolic Acid, Liquorice Root, and Green Tea Extracts.

Best suited for an Oily/Congested skin type.

200ml

TOP TIP!

Use the Cleansing Mitts alongside this cleanser for maximum benefits.

Salicylic acid is different to the other acids, it is a BHA (Beta Hydroxy Acid) which means that it is oil soluble. Unlike AHA’s (Alpha Hydroxy Acid) which are water soluble. BHA’s can get deeper into the pores and remove oil, as well as loosen dead skin cells and sweep them away like AHA’s do.

Because Salicylic acid is a derivative of aspirin it is also anti- inflammatory, which is great if your skin is red and inflamed.

AHA’s are great for normal to dry skin.

BHA’s are great for oily or congested skin.

Directions

Gently massage a small amount of cleanser over dry or slightly dampened skin, then add some water to work the cleanser into the skin one minute. Rinse thoroughly with warm water.

Warning! This product contains AHA’s or BHA’s that may increase your skins sensitivity to the sun and particularly the possibility of sunburn. Do not use if pregnant of lactating. For external use only. Do not use on broken, irritated, or inflamed skin. If irritation occurs discontinue use. Keep out of children’s reach.

Always use a sunscreen.
